We recently had laminate wood floors installed in our home by Quantum. We dealt with Nicholas Duprey who was just a pleasure to work with! Nick was pleasant, professional, and responsive and really took his time with us to make sure we got the floor we wanted. The price of the floors was very competitive and Quantum actually beat out Dolphin Carpet and Tile, which really surprised us. The installers are not contractors and actually work for Quantum and they were also amazing! They were always on time, worked efficiently, they moved all our furniture and always cleaned up after themselves. The installation happened in the time they said it would with zero issues! There were not even any little things to point out at the end as there almost always is with most jobs of this nature. The whole process was seamless, quick and done in a very high quality manner! Overall, we are very happy that we chose Quantum and we would not hesitate to call them in the future for any flooring needs we may have.
My wife and I finally decided to remove the original carpet in our 3 upstairs bedrooms, hall and stairs, and replace with a laminate flooring. We first got prices and information from Costco and another locally owned, highly advertised flooring company, but ultimately went with Nick and Quantum Floors. Nick was a lot more knowledgeable about the second floor construction materials in the development and what products would be better than others based on the existing base material. The laminate floors we chose look great and the installation was flawless including the baseboards they installed afterwards. We moved our cars out of the garage for them so they could store materials and do their cutting while it was raining. They cleaned up the driveway, garage, and all the rooms very nicely when completed. This was a very good experience from the day we met Nick in the showroom to the final inspection of the finished project. I highly recommend Quantum floors for any flooring project.
I am in love with my new wood floors! Dealing with Daniel & Nick in the store was an absolute pleasure. They are true professionals. Both were very patient with me throughout the entire process of selecting the floor, to multiple showroom visits, emails, and phone calls. They went above and beyond my expectations. They made me feel like they truly care. One thing I want to make mention is how they treated my steps. As you will see in the pictures attached, What I had previously, the nose molding on the steps did not match the wood. Quantum made custom noses out of the exact wood I selected. I feel like I one of a kind stair with the designer touch. Super happy customer! I could not recommend them enough. Thank you Quantum Floors for a job well done!
I needed a new floor to cover my tile floor. Went to many places to look. Nick at Quantum floors was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we wanted. The customer service received was excellent and Fernando did an amazing job installing it. I would highly recommend Quantum. Don’t waste your time looking at other places.
