Become a key part of the Quantum Floors team! As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the expert installation of various flooring types, ensuring a high-quality finish and complete customer satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of our mission, turning design visions into reality. Key Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of flooring materials, including luxury vinyl, laminate, and hardwood.
- Prepare subfloors, which includes cleaning, leveling, and making minor repairs.
- Take accurate measurements and plan material layouts to minimize waste and ensure a professional look.
- Precisely cut and fit flooring materials around obstacles and in complex room shapes.
- Install baseboards, trim, and other finishing pieces to complete the job.
- Communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company and industry safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
